    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
  3. How to Return an Item

    If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  5. Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate the item you wish to receive as a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

  6. Shipping Costs

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items
